Every resident has a EMDS (Emergency Medical Data Sheet) that contains important health information like medication lists, health history and emergency contacts.

Our team will reach out to every resident annually to update those records.

However, we don't want you to wait for that annual meeting.  If you have changes to your EMDS, contact us right away!
