It's Time for the Chicken Run Challenge!

Get ready to start creating some lasting wellness habits by playing along with our 2017 Chicken Run Challenge.

Your goal is to do at least one of the following tasks every day in the month of April:

  • Exercise for 20 minutes

  • Eat at least 5 servings of fruits/vegetables

  • Meditate for 5 minutes

  • Introduce yourself to someone you don't kno

w

  • Take the stairs instead of the elevator

  • Get 7 hours of sleep

  • Drink at least 6 glasses of water

For every day you do one of those tasks, you can place a vote for one of the following employees:

  • Beth Grigg (RHS)

  • Kelly Valadez (Activities)

  • Jen Heggaton (Fitness)

  • Adam Valadez (Bistro)

Whoever "wins" has to wear a chicken costume all day on Friday, May 5th.
